I will still stand by my statement that Cupcakes was Awesome. Not because of the story itself, which was Meh, but for all the spoofs and spins offs it's generated. Just last night I found another hilarious Tumblr blog based off of its concept of Pinkamina. A Must Read! Doooooo eeeeeet!

So, Since everyone has been saying "don't read/watch Cupcakes" I did, just to see what it was about.

I want more of whoever wrote that. It was amazing. It was extremely gruesome(for MLP. I've read worse stuff in the BL books) but I just had to know how/if they catch Pinkie.

I now hope more gets written by the same guy continuing from after Pinkie breaks out.

I think that the Grimdark fanfics have had some brilliant lasting effects other than the stories. Cupcakes and Rainbow Factory left us with some really awesome music, and brilliant spoofs, like Rainbow Dash presents Captain Hook the Biker Gorilla.

Wow... hats off to Hasbro. They certainly know their target audience. I just hope enough numbers are shifted to show them we are still a viable outlet for their products.

In other news, I'm going to be away for a while, and don't know if I'll have internet, so here's some things before I go:

Actually, I have been writing something. but it wouldn't go further than my own PC. Not Cambridge though, it's in Foxton which is pretty close (apparently).
