Dude I have been playing this game since start of 5th and lurked Warhammer forums since then as well. There seems to be a huge surge in acronyms that would make the military blush and run for cover. 90% of the acronyms I have no idea as to what they are. Tfg Waac and codex related acronyms are even worse... I just can't figure out all of these all of the sudden and you guys are starting to speak Greek to me. :(

Typing takes time people don't have. So the abbreviate the words to save time. Most of them are easy to figure out and those that arn't are usually are yellow so you can.mouse over and see the meaning. Hell, even 40k is an abbreviation of Wahammer 40,000

If you hover over most of them, it comes up with what it means.

What I meant is that people are lazy and just.

But yes, Typing SM, rather than Space Marines, is possibly a few more seconds that someone out there needs to hold a part into place for it to set. Or to finish the coat theyare on.Or finish polishing a gemstone. Not much but possible.

Yeah, that's what really confuses me.

Dakka is pretty good about taking relevant acronyms and making them hoverovers that explain what they mean.

I mean, look at your own post, here. The two things that you explicitly say that you don't know what they are have hoverover texts explaining them...

I am so glad I made this post. Like I said I have been coming to this site for an extremely long time and I never knew I could hover over the yellow and see the meaning...derp derp. I tried clicking on them lol. The hover does not work on my ipad or phone either where I spend most of my time reading.
