Herald of Tzeentch on Chariot with We are Legion, Bolt of Tzeench, and Daemonic Gaze.
How many shots does it get during it's shooting phase, and how many can be shot at different targets?
I'm so confused!

It can shoot either the Bolt or Gaze at a single target.
We are Legion is a worthless upgrade for a Chariot Herald without Master of Sorcery. Buy that first so that you're allowed to fire two weapons.

So, a Herald of Tzeentch on Chariot with We are Legion, Master of Sorcery, Bolt of Tzeench, and Daemonic Gaze, and Breath of Chaos, would get two shooting attacks in the shooting phase, and could pick from two of the three shooting attacks available?
And be able to shoot two different targets?
Is that a viable build?

No, as he can only take 3 options.
We are Legion, Bolt of Tzeentch and Master of Sorcery.
I believe Daemonic Gays come as standard?

Daemonic gaze is standard. I think you might consider keeping the herald cheap. For 100pts. you can get the chariot upgrade, master of sorcery, and bolt. Breath is nice is you have the points but I wouldn't bother with we are legion.
