if you look in the new rulebook theres a page with a bunch of artwork about lesser xenos.

Its on page 198 and its looks like an update of the "other dangerous aliens" picture from the 3rd edition rulebook. However the vampire bat looking thing is a new one it seems. I would start from a Fantasy Crypt Horror perhaps?

You could try looking over the Vampire Counts Range in general.

For my Dark Eldar I want to use This Model for something and the Mortis Engine as a Raider / Ravager / Dais (Vects pimp throne)

I'm making a mercenary xenos army with a bunch of lesser xenos. I have tarellians, Loxatl, loxatl brood mothers, now I'm going to have vampires, I'm going to make some custom tanks ect. ect.
