!!!!WAAAGH GRIZGUTZ!!!!

Also known as the Lost Waaagh!, it was lead into the Morloq system in 978.M41 by Ork Warlord Grizgutz, a noted kleptomaniac. Due to a strange accident of Warp-travel he returned in system earlier then he launched the Waaagh! itself. Grizlutz murdered his doppelgänger to have a spare of his favourite gun and a resulting confusion stopped the Waaagh! in its tracks

Owned the codex for years never noticed it. I was pointing out the humor. *Hands him the buzzkill award* ever think some people don't read codexes that aren't their own?

It's one of the best WAAAGH!s. Gazhkull wins on badass value, this one ties with the fellow from Space Marine for silliness.

Grimskull's WAAAGH! was surprisingly competent. Attacking orbital batteries first and highjacking titan weaponry in order to breach manufactorum facilities, plus the ability to speak somewhat competently.

Grimskull was a rather brutally cunning Ork.

But nothing will beat good ole' Gorgutz, the great Ork escape artist.

Think of something clever to say.

On Nimbosa, cramming as many guardsmen into troop carriers as possible.

I loved the section in the ork 'dex where they display the guns with little notes. For the space marine version it says stuff like: Godwynpattern bolter, Vulkan pattern flamer, stuff like that/ For the ork 'dex it says: Big shoota, extra stabby bitz, shok attack gun, electrik gubbinz 'ere. Easily the funniest codex ever!

Personally i started crying fom laughter when i read the Killa Kan entry on how they are made. the simple fact that the gretchin go half mad with power and kill all their bullies once inside a killa kan is funnym but the fact that meks and painboyz stop anyone from trying to restrain the Gretchin so they can look on in almost a parental kind of pride was too much for me to not have hurt sides :p

I think my favorite bit of the codex was where they mentioned setting "light to the other Boyz merely so they will 'do the burny dance'."

I recall in Waaaagh Da Orks they were explaining how Gargants get built and there was some fluff about a fight between the Orks and the Empire when an Imperial Titan pitches up on the battlefield and starts blowing the living daylights out of the Orks, one turns to his mate and say something alone the lines of "I wonder if dats the Emperor the hoomies are always goin' on about, they keep sayin' he's coming ta give us a good kickin'."

No idea. They might be able to, provided the demons are stupid enough to let them
That would be scary though. Imagine there being Ork/Demon hybrids.

I also agree with this Tuska is the freakin man. Goes to a demon world that is, itself, a giant demon and starts shooting the ground, the demon world gets mad and the WAAAGH! begins. Classic Ork style.

actually my favorite part if the other places he ransacks before the flesh planet.

I love how they talk about glittering labryinths and temptress demons all getting shootas and iron shod boots kicking them in.

Demonette: Greetings my new master how may I ease your tensions?

Tuska: ... *eyes glaze over with a big grin before suddenly - Boot to da head!* ...Dawww ur 'eads are too soft!

Have you guys actually ever read the killa kan entry though? That had me in real tears when they wrote it

I just love the idea of Killa kans instinctively cowering at the sound of bolter fire ... or how when they are first implanted they go mad with power and kill all their bullies in the night ... it's not so much that part which is funny to me but the sentence where it says the mek and painboy responsible for wiring the gretchin in don't stop him they just look on in a sort of parental pride as he does it.
