So I recently picked up a http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space_Marine-Infantry-and-Accessories/SPAC__MARINE_SPECIAL_WEAPONS_PACK.html

It comes with two missile launchers, two flamers, two meltaguns, two sets of arms and....some sort of warhead thing I'm not sure what's for.

Anyone shed some light on this?

I don't own that kit, but I do have some of the old RT missile launchers it is trying to look like. The "warhead" thing you are asking about is actualy part of the ML. It goes on the back.

I'll try to grab a pic of the old MLs for comparason.

I bet it has something to do with the back blast from the missile going off. I have that same set too, it is an odd piece.

Pretty sure it just fits on the back of the ML, doesn't look like something that'd be carried on the guys' back or belt etc.

It's the fan that pushes the missiles out the barrel with a gust of warm air.

Kind of like a fart.
