So I am currently working on an apothecary and while I have all of the colors blocked in the white armor just looks unfinished. How would you recommend fixing this problem? Picture will be added later today.

A light wash of blue or grey into ther ecesses can help give white armour a bit of depth. You could even wash all of the white areas and then work back up to pure white on the highlights. White is just one of the tricksy colours (I suppose technically its not even a colour) to work with.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Did you build up to the white or go straight to white? I find my best results are when I build up from grey to white to leave some shadows and get a smoother coat.

I went straight white. I can easily strip it down, but I think I might try a light grey wash and go back through with highlights. Thanks for the tips.

I quite like this tutorial.

Hope it helps a bit.

I use the Reaper Stormy Grey > Cloudy Grey > Misty Grey triad.

The very very light grey (Misty Grey) is something I feel the GW line is missing.
