Well finally finished the Horrors I've been slowly working through and thought I'd share them here. I was a fan of the previous metal ones and even have a few, but with their plastic replacements despite also getting some of those I'm not really fond of them. To add as well my Daemon army is mono-Slaanesh, but I felt the inclusion of other units would help cover a couple weaknesses; but, I also liked the older Daemon background where they seemed to greatly dislike working with each other unless the most dire circumstances. So after some brief research I saw that some used Dryads as Horrors, this seemed to fit the place as nice alternates to the Horrors while staying within the theme. Reading of some of the meadows that existed in Slaanesh's realm also seemed to add to the appeal of them. So enough screwing around with an introduction and onto the pictures. Comments and critiques are greatly appreciated as well.
This is the first squad, the picture isn't as great as it could have been I suppose and is from a little while back.
Second squad I like more and like the first when I take squad pictures I like to make them more interesting with positioning.
Finally, all of them together gathered in the summoning circle.
They can be seen in progress one at a time in my Dakka P&M blog if anyone was interested in seeing more of them. Or you can just ask and I'll put them here.

Nice! Very sinister looking! I like how you made the two groups look like they're conjuring another into being.

These work really well for Horrors. I am a big fan of these models and the painting is fantastic.
They remind me of Banshees from Mass Effect 3 (if you have fought them they make these much more scary ).

They're so awesome. They kind of look like evil Ent bushes.

Very Slaaneshi looking Horrors. The transition between the blues and the purples are spot-on. Perhaps adding some pinkish glow to some of the mono-purple ones would add a little more color variation. Regardless, they look good. Really good. Also, that terrain piece is phenomenal.

They're very nice. They make a great alternative to the standard Horrors. Paintjob is spot on.

This is pretty doable and could make them a little better. I'll think it over, the blue glow itself is just there to show which has Bolt of Tzeentch.
And though it had its own thread before, here's the summoning circle again by itself, just because.

Wow what an awesome idea and the painting looks great too! I'm gonna have to try this because you're right; they do look like they'd fit a mono-slaanesh army perfectly.
