Decided after staring at an unfinished titan for the past year to part with it an start a preheresy army. Don't want to go with an army I currently have like Dark Angels or Space Wolves.
Which Legion would you choose an why?

Out of the armies that currently have rules, I would go with Luna Wolves or Emprah's Children, however, a pre heresy Iron Warriors army would be very cool, and preheresy Thousand Sons will match your wolves very nicely.

I dunno with Angron being the first released by FW I think you will see a lot of World Eaters. I was thinking maybe loyalist Luna Wolves or a different traitor legion. Maybe thousand Sons.

To be honest I havent seen that many World Eaters painting blogs around, even with the Angron model released. If people wanted Angron, they'll get Angron and not necessarily make a World Eaters force out of it, not to mention that all the Primarchs are eventually coming out anyways. Since Betrayal came out, I have noticed a lot of Luna Wolves/Sons of Horus though (with many variations of that sea-green power armour).

The problem I see with any chapter is how to make it distinct. A pre heresy spacewolf legion would be difficult to do. It has to be more than just shoulder pads an armour color.
