So i intend on converting me a Mephiston. What i need is a big ass power sword, plasma pistol, a naked marine head, some green stuff to make the angelic hair and some other bits and pieces. I need to make his cloak out of green stuff also, but any suggestions on what bits would be useful and what pose i should aim for? I got loads of DC bits, SG bits, marine bits etc. I'm using some CSM chosen legs that i will need to trim from heretic symbols etc for the legs, but other than that i got loads of SM parts to play with.

You might want to put this on the other thread

I used this sword to replace the rather plain sword on my Culln model.

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

That is a pretty cool conversion - I have been looking for a way to do a TS version of Mephiston and may have to steal this idea somewhat

Ok, here is my Mephiston conversion so far. Still a lot of work to be done like the armor and the hair. Will need to smooth out the cloaks a bit when the green stuff has hardened enough, but still a good start IMO.

I do like your conversion a lot, but I thinks its a tad too chunky for a Mephiston model. I would suggest you spread the cloak a tad wider and maybe remove the front bit of the rather nice green stuff you have doing. And don't forget breastplate nipples, it's the most important bit.

removing the front of the robe is not an option, as I'm using CSM chosen legs for the model today i will start on the armor and hair, and yes, the nipples are comming

Got my Mephiston conversion painted up and it turned out better than I first expected. I'm happy with the result as I'm not that skilled yet with green stuff sculpting. The paint really made it look nice. I still need to finish the base when i have a bit more models to base. It's so boring to just base one model

Oh, and BTW, the scroll on the shoulder reads DANZIG, as one person said that my Mephiston really looks like Glenn Danzig, the singer, exept i painted him blonde
