Oh simple internal single break fracture. Hardly complex but very painful and magnified by fact he broke same leg recently.

Quetz: In older times a Elder would only grant an person immortality because they either wanted them as a servant, or in rare cases they felt they owed the humani.
Niten was granted immortality for defending his Elder even when she did not need it. I saw potential in Billy all those centuries ago, and I still do.
Very few immortals do not owe their lives to a Elder master. Joan was given a blood transfusion from Scatty after Scatty rescued her from the English.
The Flamel's used the Codex for centuries, and no-one knows how the Francis became immortal

All the royal ships run to the whim of there captains, yes we have some like yours, far more formalised, others despotic and some as mine. I expect them to respect me but I also make sure there treatment is best they can get, no one goes hungry even the lowest rating can get medical care, help and support and they respect me for that.
Compare mine to imperial navy, its paradise!
