I don't think I'll ever understand you. And I don't know if you've realized this or not, but this isn't my strong suit. I'm used to spending weeks without contact with an ally, fighting in the thickest part of battles. Talking to a girl that isn't another Spartan, a soldier in the UNSC, or a civilian in a war zone? Dealing with plasma burns is more familiar to me.
