did anyone else buy from him?

I bought some paints, been two weeks and seller has not shipped. On the ropes about a transaction report

I did a trade with him about 2 weeks ago (he received 7 days ago according to tracking). I did PM him and he replied that he was going to provide me a tracking number that night. That was 2 days ago. If I don't hear somthing by Sunday, I think I will be looking at a report as well.

There are several bad trader reports on Bartertown about this user.

Just an FYI. I have a pm into him re: shipping for this sale. In the above link is information regarding steps that you can take if he doesn't deliver or refund the money. This is called Mail Fraud, a felony offense.

Thanks to those above that listed their issues

I sent him about $200 worth of Ork bits over a week ago. He's kept telling me he would provide a tracking number for my stuff but thats not happening.

His photobucket looks like a collection of different pics from different people; maybe copy-and-pasted from some other trader who thought he was trading with a reputable individual.

I think he believes nothing will happen to him because it's a bunch of different people in different places and these are model bits we're trading. It's called violation of interstate commerce laws and yes, it is a felony. Grand Theft is also a felony and if I don't get a response with tracking number in the next few days I 'm moving forward with more formal action.

We also have a civil claim against him for all the items he wrongly acquired.

He has 48 hours to PM me.

I got my money back via paypal claim. I urge the people who sent him money to claim right away. For the people who sent him models, take legal action.

Oh my god this guy has nicked my entire ork army by the looks of it. I can't believe I got duped and after reading this...

I'm going to pursue this guy to the full extent of the law, I have contacts over in the USA and I'd urge anyone else having problems to contact me immediately.

He has done me out of about £350 ($600) worth of stuff. This is a felony offence and it is serious and I at the very least have a mailing address, any IP and email information Dakka can give me and we'll begin to pursue him down any path possible.

The more complainants the better so please get in touch via PM or lay it all out on this thread in the public to be better.

I am deeply embarrassed at getting conned but hey gak happens so let it out in the open.

Beyond pursuing him legally I suggest I and others who have lost out monitor Ebay and all other popular hobby sites where he might try to shift the models he has stolen.

Obviously, please no-one conduct any business with this user and please use all available methods to pursue recovery of money/items. There are some helpful hints and links in the sticky at the top of the page. Also, if someone would like to start a Transaction Report for this user so that information can be collated.
