*Follows Anubis at a slightly reduced pace*

*Ot grins at the pocket knife bounces off his chest harmlessly*
Coatlicue: WHAT?! *Stares in confusion down at the knife then screams in agony as Morrigan comes out of the shadows with the real knife and rams it into her back over and over and over*

*Horus is still fighting Anubis and has the upper hand despite his injuries*

*Huitz and Ra battle Aten as OT laughs at Coatlicue's stunned expression on her serpent heads*

*Machiavelli pales in fear as Billy approaches. He knows he has no aura left to fight and takes a step back to run only to trip over a dead Anpu*

*Drives blade through Anubis' knee and smiles at Horus*

All yours Hawk-man.

'*Roland slowly gets up.*

*He looks for openings and takes shots on Aten's eyes*

*Anubis looks down at Jordan in shocked that this little being could hurt him. His shock doesn't last long as Horus brings down a blow that splits him in half down to his waist*

*Machiavelli is crawling backwards trying to escape as Billy reaches him. The older man is no match for the cowboy as Billy begins strangling him*
Billy: YOU LIAR! YOU TRAITOR!

*Coatlicue is still reeling from the vicious attack on her back at Morrigan tosses OT the knife. He steps forward and looks Coatlicue directly in the eyes*
OT: Do not ever come back
*He then slits both throats with the blade. Coatlicue's blood is all over him and Morrigan as she helps Roland up and the Archon collapses in a heap on the ground*

*Ra yells as Aten stabs through his shoulder. Huitz takes the chance and tears Aten's arm off. Aten screams and falls back clutching the ruined shoulder. *

*Hekate has seen all this go so horribly wrong and tries to vanish only to run into Marethyu wagging his finger like you would at a small child*
M: Ah, ah, ah. You wouldn't want to miss the fun would you?
*Hekate looks terrified and turns to run in a different direction only to see Marethyu there. Wherever she turns to run he is still stand in front of her*

*Wipes blood from eyes and smiles*

Ouch. Gotta sting.

*Looks over at the rest of the fight*

*Eyes rest over Billy and Machiavelli*

*Starts running towards them*

*Machiavelli's eyes are wide as Billy increases the pressure on his windpipe*
Billy: LIAR! TRAITOR! I CALLED YOU FRIEND!

*Huitz brutally stomps on Aten's face over and over as Ra clutches his shoulder and watches*

*OT stares coldly down at Coatlicue's corpse*
OT: That was for Prometheus

*Morrigan helps Roland over to Cal and notices Joan and Francis*
Morri: OhnononoNO! *Runs over to them*

*Perenelle slowly sits up clutching her head at Marethyu escorts Hekate over to OT*
Marethyu: I think this one is due for a reckoning.
OT: I agree. *Slits Hekate's throat in cold fury and watches the blood dribble down her before she collapses on top of Coatlicue*

*Stands beside Billy and watches*

*Billy stops choking Machiavelli*
Billy: No, you don't deserve that. You deserve life. A life of pain *Scary angry as he yells in rage again and start punching Machiavelli repeatedly.
Machiavelli's nose snaps as Billy keeps punching him and his knuckles turn bloody*

*Grabs Billy's hand after watching him pummel Machiavelli for over a minute*

Enough Billy.

*Looks at him pleadingly*

*Billy looks up at Jordan with tears in his eyes
Machiavelli is unrecognizable and Billy's fist is covered in blood*

*Cal is trying to revive Joan while Morrigan watches anxiously*

*OT watches Coatlicue and Hekate for any signs of movement as Marethyu vanishes again*

*Horus stops Huitz's rampage again. Aten's head is pulp slamed a foot deep into the solid ground*

*Thoth puts down his binoculars and signals Marla and Maria it's safe to return*

*Crouches down and hugs Billy*

I know...He deserves to live out eternity in a cell...Not to be given the release of death...

*Billy holds Jordan tightly and begins crying into her shoulder*
Billy: He lied... he lied... for millennia... he lied

*Cal looks down at Joan and Francis then up at Morrigan and shakes his head. Morrigan dissolves into tears over her friends *

*Ra tumbles over from losing blood after all the minor injuries catch up to him. Horus quickly kneels down and starts patching him up with aura as Huitz fixes himself then focuses on Horus*

*Silently holds the back of Billy's head and strokes it*

*Morrigan is crying into Cal's arms as OT walks over to Joan and Francis looking sadder than he has in a very long time*
OT: Come, Cal I know, I know. But you need to attend to your duties... *Cal nods and wipes his eyes before gently breaking contact with Morrigan to check on everyone.
Morrigan huddles there still crying as OT leans down to comfort her as best he can.
Perenelle walks over to join OT. He holds her close as they cry over Joan and Francis*
OT: He was my best apprentice...


*Billy wipes his eyes and looks at Jordan*
Billy: Just don't lie to me.

I won't. Ever. I promise.

*Goes back to holding Billy*

*Cal moves over to check on Billy and Jordan*
Cal: Either of you two hurt?

*Ra is being helped inside.*
*Black Hawk moves to stand over Machiavelli with a look of utter hate with his arm still bandaged.
Shakespeare is still nursing his leg wound. Aoife has lapsed back into unconsciousness.
OT, Pernelle and Morrigan are all still hunched over Joan and Francis
Quetz is unconscious but stable*

*Continues holding Billy*

*Billy gets up with Jordan*
Billy: Let's go somewhere else, I don't want to smell the snake anymore *Looks down at the bloody mess of Machiavelli's face in disgust*

*Looks down at Machiavelli*

I never liked your books anyway.

*Unsheathes blade and severs Machiavelli's right hand in one motion*

*Sheathes it again and takes Billy's arm*

Now, let's go.

*Billy leads Jordan into the room stopping briefly to check on Quetz before leading Jordan to his room.*
Billy: I... I need to sleep... although maybe I should shower before I do... You can do whatever...

*Cal looks down at Machiavelli in hatred then stops the bleeding to allow him to live*

I'll wait here. Don't worry, I won't leave.

*Sits down on the bed*

*Billy grabs a spare set of clothes and goes to the shower*

*Marethyu appears next to Jordan suddenly and looks surprised*
M: Oh! I didn't expect you to be here, I was just returning these for Coatlicue. *Places down the 3 missing spearheads* Have a good day. *Vanishes again*

*Doesn't react*

*After he disappears*

*Looks at blood on self*

*Maria smiles and wakes up next to knight *

*Cal finishes doing the bare minimum to keel Machiavelli from dying then throws him carelessly over his shoulder and dumps him in front of OT*
Cal: What do we do with him?
*OT looks down in cold fury at Machiavelli but Perenelle is the one to speak first*
Perenelle: Make him suffer.
Morrigan: I want a turn on him.
OT: Put him in a cell for now. We'll have to rig something special for him
*Cal nods and carries him off to a cell before returning to check on Aoife and Quetz*

*Marla gets a message from Thoth*
"All clear. Return when you like"
