Damn, that looks like it could have been major trouble, Dave. Glad you ducked that bullet!
I intend to buy one (1) Taurox for converting purposes. I will buy one of the WGF Halftracks to add to be collection of optional sci-fi vehicles, and test to see how easy it is to convert to 40K models.

Ouch. Now please tell me you have also checked the outlet. I had a friend who when he moved into a new place, discovered that the previous owner had done some wiring of his own in the basement. Almost melted the casing completely from a plug.

I've been checking the new plug all day, cool as a cucumber. It was on one of those junk 6 outlet extender things before. now that circuit is dedicated only to the lights and airbrush compressor, and on a 6 foot server rack power strip. Heavy duty stuff.

Let's take a look at a product for a change shall we?
Wolsong Laser-etched MDF XIX Century Walls from Micro Art Studio
In each package you get one sheet of each of these
A little bit of cutting tabs and popping out and you get these parts
The wall supports are built like this
The idea is to build the walls by sandwiching two of the support frames with one of the poured concrete parts.
However, to better match some of the factory Walls in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, I'm thinking of using the supports over a brick inner wall. I dunno yet. It would essentially double the walls you get from one kit too.
As with all MAS laser-etched kits, you'll want to save the little punch-out bitz for excellent brick rubble.
Some of the first demo pics of the walls showed it with brick inner walls, not sure why they went with the poured concrete look in the end
Despite the name "XIX Century Steampunk" these walls appeal to me for either the Dieselpunk/Atomicpunk world of Fallout or even 40K (Despite some of my readers brainwashed misgivings about bricks in 40k )

Very interesting terrain dave. I can totally see how this could become necromunda terrain. Lots of possibilities in there.

Nice looking stuff. Only trouble I can see would be texture. MDF is very smooth. The concrete panels could do with roughing up. Maybe rough sanding?
Whats the price like? Availability internationally?
Oh and good to see you back.

That's what the airbrush and creative edge highlighting is for Cam But I see the texture thing may be why they went with the poured concrete thing in the end. Those bricks look like plasticard to me.
MAS is generally UK only, I found two of these on ebay ($17+free shipping) just to try them out. If it works, I may order more.
These other building kits are also out
but without the cool windows. No sign of the upper structures on these walls yet.

They make spray texture for interior walls. Might be a little "big" but you could use that to get some texture, then paint it.

Naa, not worried about that, I can fake texture with paint no problem. If anything, a little fine sand for real texture.
