Cultist of Nurgle with Open Sores

So last night my local game shop threw a going away Apoc game for a buddy of ours. It was supposed to just a friendly 2000 points per person game. So with 6 people it would be big but not overly stupid. As me and my buddy pulled up I saw a car that I remembered from an old gaming store we used to go too. From that moment on I knew we were in for a bad time.
This guy is hated in the whole Capital Area of New York. You want to just play a fun 1000 point game this dude breaks out his forge world army's and demands you use his rules. He also feels the need to challenge any new players to the hobby to a "friendly" game. Were he then goes about cock slapping you with some out of this world bull gak list. He is the main reason we wont go back to that store and go an hour north.
Now this small friendly game just got stupid. No one at our store has forge world models our even Apoc models like the Bane blade. This fether shows up with 2 Bane Blades a 1 Brass Scorpion and A whole Death Krieg Army with full Artillery from forge word, all of which he wants to use in 1 Army. He has a whole 6000 point army going! We told him that we need it to be only 2000 which he then says OK i got that and takes out a SM army which he says is now a CSM army. That's cool they look the same not a problem until he tries to tell us his stupid back story and how now some of his models have specials rules that aren't in any book our codex.
Now the game is almost unplayable. He's digging through printed out pages of forge world books trying to tells us what his models do and why he needs the massive dinner plate of a template.
Also the kicker NO ONE INVITED HIM! Like the game page didn't say the game was going on its was more of just friends who know. We found out he was creeping on our buddy at the other shop and heard him talk about the game. He then took it as an invite to show up!
Now down to my Question. Has this every happened to any one? Like you have a friendly game our tournament and some one who you didn't invite our didn't know show up and just feth it all up and down?
THIS IS EDIT
O.K so I will take back the saying that it was private. That is my bad, I was told by a few people that it was just a small thing we were doing for our buddy and it was trying to be a store thing. So i will take that back. I just want to have the thread be about if any one went to an event at there local shop and had some one they didnt know our seen come in and just act like a complete jerk.

It happens all the time in real life too.
Tell him he wasn't invited and carry on with your game.
Simple.

Has happened before, I let it slide and it really just ruined our game. Next time TFG came expecting to play I flat out told him no. His response was I cant say no to him, i'm not the store owner and he can play. Told him that's fine but the 6 of us who dealt with him last time wont be playing him. We played our matches, he sat there hoping for a opponent. I moved away from that store shortly after so i dont know the after story of that guy. Just stick up for yourselves. you don't HAVE to play anyone or with anyone you dont want to in a friendly game.

It's one of the reasons why FW isn't played in a lot of situations - most people are unaware of the rules and a lot of people, mainly IG, simply play FW because they get ridiculously overpowered crap they can throw at their opponents.
I just wouldn't have played him, you had a few friends, play at another table.

Yeah, I don't see why anyone would feel compelled to play against him. It's part of the culling process - if he can't ever find an opponent then maybe he can pick up the clue. If he asks why, tell him you're not interested in a bunch of crazy rules and models - just not your thing.

I think the better thing to do would have been to ask him if you could use his Apoc models in your game. Splitting it between the two forces.
Might not have been ideal, but it's what I would have tried.
EDIT: Obviously letting him play also, rather than just using his stuff.

I agree with mattyrm here, he wasnt invited, and nothing says you have to play him or let him join your game.
More so if you have the game sorted and ready to start.

I think as long as you give the guy a shot, then youre totally fine saying you dont want to play with him again. Everybody deserves a fair shake.
But aside from that, I would have though since you said it was your friends last game, go the way of "We had this game planned, we dont have time/room for any body else" or even just "hey weve been planning to just play a game between us"
When it comes down to it, somebody is going to not have fun. Its going to be you or him, if you dont mind it you should play him and not complain, but if it bothers you then dont let him ruin your hobby.
Just my 2 cents.

If you were throwing a private game in a public venue and didn't want to play him, you should have sacked up and simply told him it was a private game. If you advertised the game for all comers on the store website or bulletin board, he had every right to be here and you should have sacked up and told him to follow the same rules as everyone else and use 2000pts with no exceptions.

If you didn't want another person to play, or you didn't want to play with a particular person, the onus on you is to tell that person.
I'm sorry your game didn't turn out the way you wanted, but you have to take some responsibility for it. There would have been nothing wrong with telling that person that you'd prefer to just play the game with opponents as planned, and left him out.
After you agreed to let him play, its kinda your fault for saying yes when you really wanted to say no. Don't get me wrong, it was generous to say yes. It was the nice thing to do.
That being said, if you didn't want to play with him, just say so at the time. The internet can't help here.

So, OP, are you afraid of this guy? If not just tell him to sod off.
You make several references to 'his rules', is he making gak up (In which case tell him to shove it) or using official rules (In which case, you should man up and deal with it).

Joking aside, its not like you even have to be remotely aggressive or rude, surely even the most timid of blokes can say
"Listen, Im not being funny or anything, but this is a private game, and we know you are more of a WAAC kinda guy, so would you mind just leaving us to it?"
Its not like he is going to bite your head off for saying that is it?
.........
If he does, plan B is poke him in the fething eye and stove his head in with your figure case.

This doesn't happen, because people who act like assclowns usually get told to feth off.
Your friends should have just up and outright told him that he was a tool or done something about it.
Whats the rest of the story? If he was such an obvious TFG, why don't you do something about it?

Because it's easier to whine on the internet instead of acting like an adult in person? I know this isn't the response the OP was looking for but it's the truth. I'm not advocating acting like a jerk like alot of the posts above (which makes you frankly no better than TFG) but simply inform him that it's a private game and the spots are taken. Period. You don't have to comment on his play style, personality, hygiene, or anything else. Simply act like an adult and stick to your guns regardless of the subsequent whining.

Unless you actually book the space for playing in; it is not your private space. It is the store's space.

Depends on the rules of the venue.
You can have a picnic or barbecue in the park, but you don't have to let just anyone eat with you.
You can have parties in some public spaces, but you might have to allow anyone to join.
