Recently I have been thinking about how to expand my space marine and tau armies and am always looking at new units and stuff.
Even though I have 2 armies I am still wanting to start a different one most likely daemons.

I was wondering if you guys do the same and are always looking at how to expand your army or start a new one?
Which units or armies do you want?
For me I want a hammerhead for my tau, a vindicator for my marines and maybe a 500 point tzeetch daemons army.

My 2 Main armies are Eldar and Tyranids
Every one of my other armies barring the Kroot Mercs were regretful impulse buys that I now don't have the balls to sell on eBay.

Probably Avenger Fighters for my Sisters.

I'm planning to convert a tactical squad for my DA.

Looking to complete a Dominion squad for my Sisters, so I'll probably buy a melta Sister once all my current ones are painted up and assembled.

Sure, I'm always looking to expand my army, and probably won't stop for quite some time. As for other armies, Daemons are an interesting prospect but I'd much rather build a massive SoB force first.

Either a Terminator or Purifier squad for my GKs.

Yeah I always plan on buying units and then just buy something else on impulse.

I just bought another trukk when I was planning on getting either some more lootas or a dakkajet. Why'd I get the trukk? I dont know, it was a good price I guess, but still I dont think it was worth it.

I also have a deff dread that I will probably use just because I bought it. I never had any plans for it, but there it is.

My Black Templars are playing out a little more thoughtfully. But right now Im not sure where to go with them. I may get a dreadnought just because I think the model looks cool. Or maybe some more terminators.

i need another Riptide, i only have 1 and running a solo riptide is never enough. Also need some Broadsides since technically i have none since the 3 i do have are Railgun equipped old models....pretty sure if i run them with missiles the rules for older model no longer applies and they need to be rebased n whatnot. Probably just going to un-convert them into normal crisis suits lol

But, that wont happen for awhile. I need to build terrain and paint what i DO have. I went through what i havent painted....between orks and tau i have around 250 models unpainted/assembled lol (and most of the Boyz i have are painted, so thats not all boyz)

As for Orks, im not buying anything unless a new dex drops and i want a new unit. Literally the only things i dont have i want are official Bikernob models and a better warboss biker, which are custom build stuff so ya dont buy them anyway. I want to make my bikernobz ride raptors, but i think im limited to making the raptor by hand out of sculpty clay since i cant find anything the proper size (i know how to make them, but its going to take FOREVER lol)

I have around 1,800 points worth of Tau, only about 1,000 points of which are actually finished and painted. I'm still playing around with different units to decide which works for me and which don't.

I would love to add a riptide to my army but, based solely off of the battles and battle reports i've watched with them, they do more harm to themselves trying to nova charge than they do to the enemy force. It is a really slick model though and i'd love to paint one up based on the aesthetics alone.

That being said I'd also love to start a Space Marine army to use as a standalone army or as allies for bigger games. I've always been really impressed with the Kayvaan Shrike model and i'd like to make the marines a Raven Guard chapter.

I think for now i'm just going to finish painting the remainder of my Tau and wait to see if the rumours surrounding a new Space Marine codex turn out to be true.

Well you all want some different stuff I'm surprised that a few of you are wanted more sisters of battle haha I don't think a single person plays sisters of battle here :p

Well as I write this I am paying for a hammerhead I got off ebay haha
I got a half assembled one with the rest of the sprees so we will see how I put it together :p

I think now I will let my armies stay the size they are and paint up as much as I can but we all know how that turns out... Buying new stuff haha

I'm waiting for the new space marine codex and updating my armies. After that, maybe buying some Kriegs for my Raven Guards and Raptors or I will start Necron and the Dark Harvest army list.

I want some more killa kans for my kan wall. However that will have wait as I'm starting necrons

I want drop pods and carnifexes. Six of each preferably.

More Leman Russes for my Guard and then I plan to expand my Space Marine force out significantly. I might buy Tau allies for my guard army for both fluff and game reasons.

My next purchase for my CSM/Daemon army is the FW Khorne Daemon Prince and the Heresy Era Lascannons/ Autocannons.

My Next purchase for my Tau is 3 Crisis Suits, 2 Ripides, and a Skyray

My gk army will be a continuous project, but next on the list is a second and third dreadknight as I love using them but having one it seems to die to quickly.

Would also like to finally get my daemon army underway, maybe a prince to paint up and some horrors. Thats the plan anyway

I am looking to get a couple of attack bikes and one more standard bike so I can run a squad of 6 bikes(2 attack) or combat squad them with 2 bikes 1 attack each combat squad.

Before I buy thought I have 1 tac squad of marines to finish up painting.

Funny you should ask! I am building my Eldar force. My next purchases for them will be more Dire Avengers and then Some Striking Scorpions. That'll give me a base of fire power and round out my ten-man squads of all the various aspects. After that it'll be some heavy artillery pieces or a Prism.

I almost started a Tau army instead and now I'm getting my chance. Just made a sweet deal to aquire a 1k Tau army. I'm more a fan of the Piranhas and such from Forgeworld so I'm planning on swinging away from a Battlesuit build for the army and into a Skimmer based build. Although I do like the look of the forgeworld battlesuits too... I'm just such a hoarder.

I play CSM and have about 3k if I assemple it all.

But I think I want a vindicator or an another rhino.
I have been thinking to get five more terminators, but having 10 just doesn't seem worth it.

Next unit? I think a chaos rhino for my PMs.
Next army? Death Korps of Krieg

Battlewagon number three and another twenty shootaboyz to fill it up with for me.

As for the next army, idk maybe some Crimson Fists allys for my Space Wolves. If I turn to Chaos, I'd do Daemons over CSM.

Well, I'm going to expand my Blood Angels with jump packs to a full company for APOC games.

I ordered a riptide yesterday, that should be a load of fun.

I think the next army Ill get will be Black Templars, they are the only imperial army I really like.

I've ordered myself three tactical squads for my Ultramarines, might paint one up as Imperial Reavers too.

Wanting to start Heresy Era Blood Angels/Sons of Horus because I just know the models for Sanguinious and Horus are going to be reaaly cool.

I've always wanted actual Mysetic Spore models instead of just poor scratch built ones. 2 or 3 more Carnifexes couldn't hurt either.

Seriously hoping my growing collection of Carnifexes pays off with the new Codex.

My main army is daemons but last month I started an IG army which is up to about 700 points now. After that I'm planning to start another white scars army (I really miss my old one) and/or a pre-heresy army (probably white scars too).
