So, it seems like Disney, WB, Lionsgate, et al, are all working hard to bring us each and every Marvel and DC comic character possible. But what about the other comic book publishers? Image, Dark Horse, Top Cow, etc.? I read an article where the guy running Image was all like, "We has super heroes, too." and was lamenting that studios didn't seem interested.
With the success of Kick Ass, Hancock, and Hellboy, you'd think we'd be seeing more of this stuff. So why aren't we? Where is the WildC.A.T.S. movie? When do we get to see a series based on The Authority? I know Ron Perlman is going to be a tough act to follow but why is there not a Hellboy series to compete with Supernatural? Which non-Marvel/DC title would you like to see turned into a movie or series?

The Walking Dead is published by Image, and they got a TV deal. There are previous ones as well, of course - Wanted (kinda, quite a bit of liberty with the source material there), Spawn and The Maxx (and didn't Wildcats get a cartoon, I think?) - but perhaps you just mean currently.
I'd love to see a Sandman movie, although, in the timeframe I'd like to see it from it was arguably DC and much less arguably DC now. That's the closest I can get to those parameters. I had said Superior would make a cool movie or very short miniseries, 6 episodes or so - and realized it's a Marvel imprint so that doesn't count either.
More Hellboy, of course, but I love Hellboy.
Also, I'll say it - the world needs more Tank Girl, even another movie.

Lord no, can't imagine anyone doing it justice. If anything it would work best as a tv show, possibly animated. I think a Lucifer film would be better actually. Watch Constantine and imagine what they would do to Sandman
There are several Image comics I'd love to see as films/tv show. Chew, Saga, Morning Glories.

Oh....
Still think a film would be the wrong way to go for Sandman. Maybe a short tv series (could even have say a feature length series like Sherlock)

This.
And DMZ. Not superhero, but I think it would make a brilliant TV series.

What the world needs is a "Y : The Last man " Tv series.
I think the old Sandman : Mystery Theatre could work as well..... but given the continuity and so on currently can't see it happening.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

An HBO style series for Sandman would be amazing if they could pull it off faithfully, with each season centering around each of the major story arcs of the comic. The cast would have to be massive, however, and essentially cycle major characters through various seasons.
It would be a massive undertaking, but it would be amazing.

How is it that in a world where Fringe, Supernatural, Grimm, Once Upon a Time exist, along side quriky characters like Dr. House, Sherlock Holmes, and Patrick (that Mentalist guy) there is no Constantine TV series true to the character and the lore? Why I ask you! WHY?

The decision to make a Spawn movie pg-13 was... interesting.

Keep in mind, they can't be "Super Hero" films! As the phrase "Super Hero" is co-owned by DC and Marvel.

Dark Horse (or rather Hellboy) is made by Del Toro who's with WB I believe. And somebody's making the Spawn movie now.
