There isn't any. I have no leads whatsoever, and with Arctik and Dave killed there doesn't seem to be much room left for them.

But if anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

I'm hesitant to vote with you orko, if LoB is town it'd only take a couple of scum players bandwagoning to take us out of the game.

If you vote me out it means the end of the game. and BTW Lets just call it my wolfy senses about Manchu

I have to side with Lord of battles here. I can't pin anything on Manchu but I have a gut feeling that he is scum.

Gut feelings and "wolfy" senses have very conveniently killed many true Space Wolves so far. And givwn that I have no home internet except my on my mobile, a weekend would be the perfect time to bandwagon me. vote: LordofBattles

Argh! eleven hours left and I am back here again...

If I vote, lord of battle dies. If he is town and there are 3 scum players, we have lost. If he is scum, it is the first step towards having a shot at winning this. If I do not vote, scum kill one player, and if there are 3 of them we lose. If there are two scumplayers, and LoB is town, we might have a lead at finding the scum players (that would be among the voters: me, orko, scott and manchu).

Too many possibilities... Do you guys mind if I proctrastinate a couple of hours about this?

The stream of figures armored in gray poured through the gaps in the causeway and down the ridge, their bolters flaring brightly in the dim, pre-morning light. The voice was a painful battering ram within their skulls, and the Space Wolves watched in awe as some of the tech and support crews with them toppled over, dead from the experience. You are blind men, opposing the one who can see what this universe truly is.

A single red eye flared forth with blindingly bright energy and Leman Russ snarled as he realized the error he had made in being too slow to challenge his brother.

Now we shall re-write the tales of the stars, and the Thousand Sons shall have the ascendancy they deserve. Magnus' eye flared again, and, to a man, the Space Wolves howled in fear and pain.

Magnus - played by VikingScott - once a game ability to block all night target powers of town players (would not affect his own team)
Ahriman - played by Manchu - could target a player at night, would learn that player's role and power (if any)
Amon - played by Inquisitor_Syphonious - regular vanilla goon
Jorin - played by n0t-u - had a QT to talk with partner and knew the partner was a loyal wolf, would die if his partner died.
Domarr - played by the_ferrett - had a QT to talk with partner and knew the partner was a loyal wolf, would die if his partner died.
Rune Priest - played by Orkeosaurus - had a power to, on non-consecutive nights, cancel any actions targeting him at night
Leman Russ - played by Paul Atreides - if lynched or nightkilled he would not die but would instead lose the power to vote and gain the power to cancel a lynch if he wished. Would remain immune to nightkills and lynches.
Wolf Guard - played by Fifty - could target a player at night, would prevent a nightkill on that target.
Wolf Scout - played by Dastardly Dave - could target a player at night and would be able to tell who (if anyone) targeted that player in that night phase.
Constantin Valor - played by Arctik - could target a player at night and would both roleblock them and also protect them from any nightkills.
Grey Hunter - played by everyone else - regular vanilla townsfolk

Night 1

Fifty (Wolf Guard) attempts to self target - is informed self-targeting is not allowed unless power claims otherwise. No other target is made.
Dastardly Dave (Wolf Scout) targets Arctik_Firangi
Arctik_Firangi (Constantin) targets Orkeo
Inquisitor_S (Goon) kill targets Orkeo


Night 2

Fifty (Wolf Guard) protects Arctik_Firangi

The game was good while it lasted.

I must admit that Manchu is a very slippery customer. I can't believe I unvoted him!

VikingScott, never did anything to draw attention to himself to gain any suspicion so I could never guess his true allegiance.

And maybe I shouldn't have dismissed Lord_S's joking admition that he was a 1kson.....

A game run by VikingScott would be fun to participate in.

I will admit I'm surprised you weren't more aggressive - being functionally an immortal townie who got in many ways more powerful after death you probably should have been trying to lead more charges so scum would want to lynch you.
Of course the same goes for all the Grey Hunters too, their job is to look townie and try to distract scum from finding town PRs in addition to scumhunting.
Fun game to mod, I'm just sad town never got its feet under itself.

I'm very proud to have won this game along with IS and Scott, as town did not make it easy. You Wolves deserve more credit than you're giving yourselves. More than once I feared the noose was tightening around my neck but Ahriman is a survivor. I especially enjoyed a proper ending to my long-unresolved duel with AF. But I think I'll be sitting out future Mafia! games barring substantial rules development. Still, many thanks to Thor for hosting and to all who played, especially the "louder" of you.

You definitely wriggled out of a few tight spots this game.

I don't believe I claimed to be a Space Wolf at any point in the game - I stick to my roleplay guns! Sorry to any dogs I played a part in putting down - the sanctity of our immortal Emperor is of far greater importance, and even my life is forfeit in defense of his glorious name!

Manchu is, of course, referring to an earlier Mafia game in which I had him pinned for scum but we were unable to reach a lynch due to player inactivity. When the GM swapped some players, we both resigned. This time I thought it was really obvious from his behaviour, but like I said, if you give him the chance to talk he'll get out of it! You a lawyer or something, 'chu?

I was pretty sure that Orkeo was scum, but that's where I was completely wrong. My other Top 3 were Manchu (by day 3 I was convinced, but you just wouldn't listen! ), Paul, and VikingScott in that order. I'm quite surprised that it was me that stopped the first night kill!

Paul obviously had a good reason to get himself lynched but couldn't make it too obvious... that's probably why I got the impression that he was hiding something but I never had a chance to follow it up. If he had tried too hard to stand out, he might have scared the scum off.

Vikingscott's 'helpful excuses' regarding vote justification were what originally got my attention, but he did a good job of losing it as I threw chairs at Manchu.

Syphonius was the star player in my opinion - he was a simple goon and played it well. I probably suspected him of something at some point, but it's that kind of game, and he simply didn't stand out at all.

I was on my toes watching the final day unfold, because I knew that if a single wrong vote was placed, then the three scum could pile up and blast him off the table, so to speak! Unless there were any powers in play that could prevent it... but would be an instant scum-win otherwise. I'm surprised no one mentioned that. If they had, the fact that Manchu sat there for so long with two votes on him would have been much more significant!
