Ahh, she loves it! - She helped me get the red mix right, she kept saying..."No, more brick colored!" She likes to sit and read while watching me paint quite often, teasing me about the faces I make when concentrating with the brush

Do you have any idea how hard it was for me to commit to brush on that eye-scrape?
Balls were hanging quite low when I purposely ruined that shiny gold!!

Childe, you really have a lot of subjective opinions don't you?

Now watch what happens when I make a statement like this:
"Doctor Who is stupid"

..You get all butt-hurt and argue in huge fonts. Please, stop it, at least on this thread.

there was a " " on the end of it, hence joke

I don't take things personally on the internet, things are far too easily taken offence to because of it.

Sorry just a quick question Dave the air paints are they supposed to take longer to dry

Made in us
Decrepit Dakkanaut

I don't think so LDD, they are still acrylic, water is still the medium I think... so it should take just as long to dry as water takes to evaporate. You haveing trouble?

Not trouble but it took longer than normal to dry, maybe I need to shake the bottle a bit longer …...

You might have sprayed it on too thick, or mixed it down too much. Of course things like room temp and humidity can affect drying times as well.

Do you have a small electric table fan? I use that as my turbo-drying system. Moving air across it should help. If it is as humid there today like it is humid here, that might have something to do with it too.

No, it was the air range so I gathered there was no need to thin it down sprayed in thin layers so not thickly sprayed.

It dried ok and the heatings on so it was not cold in the house, might give a fan ago next time, drying not overly longer than normal just seemed a bit longer though.

Dried ok now mind and have given it a second coat of the next colour so seems ok, I have invested in a better compressor mind, hopefully be here at the beginning of next week.

It has a holding tank and regulator unlike the one I am using at the moment.

Oh yeah. those diapragm compressors are no fun....
Make sure you get a moisture trap of some kind too, you can get condensation in a tank, and it splatters and makes you say bad words.
