I'd rather we get the Great Harlequin, from the 2nd ed Eldar 'dex, as an army leader myself though if you want a Troupe Master as a Lieutenant as well I'm not going to argue.

There is something of a contradiction in a named character for harlies. They supposed to put on a mask and play a part.
To have a player that is more individual than his/her part would be a pretty bad player.
Like the big hollywood actors that only ever play themself in different situations.

I gave up hoping for such things since Harlequins lost their codex.

A new sculpt for a Troupe Master is a sensible expectation given that it's relying on a proxy, and a new box kill team for Harlequins would be the ideal opportunity for that to happen.

Not that that would really matter when we already have named characters who can be different individuals (Makari, Red Gobbo, Fabius Bile, Trazyn (sort of), Tyranids). Plus Kyganil already exists, so the point is moot anyway...

And no different to the Phonix Lords either, really.

Found some useful YouTube videos on magnetising, and ordered the relevant assets.

For my Armigers I focused on the legs and base, and wouldn't move on until done. Once that was done, it felt much easier to begin work on the remaining upper half as a separate project.

That's a nice lot of terrain in that kit and some awesome new Tyranids (and some human machine people too)

The floaty brain servitor is nice.

Terrain seems to top out at about the size of a 60mm base?

Something like that yeah - actually makes it good to decorate larger terrain features with; sticking tyranid infestation everywhere.

I've got no immediate use for the AdMech team, but all the Tyranid stuff is nice to add to my son's collection.
