Any one got any tips on painting impirial guard in desert cammo, been trying some test models on snap fit cadnians and wondering how other more skilled painters than I have done it.

What sort of pattern are you painting?

This is a great US 'choc chip' pattern, something I'd like to copy myself:

Not real easy to see here but my Elysians all have desert camo. The troopers have 3 color while the vets have chocolate chip.

Currently a more layered cammo, to treat my skills and want to maybe start guard army so experiments on how they may look.

Currently a less chocolate chip more like desert version of British army green, broken up, layers of at least 4 ccolours.

I'll upload photo when can, just got back from long day out, toasted!
