All techmarine models have servo arms, but you don't need to use them because they are attatched the backpack.

Small update here. I've sold one land raider and acquired two obliterators. I plan to get three oblits in total and another daemon prince to replace the chaos lord.

I need to paint the two oblits I have. I'm thinking a dark skin, like my chaos marines instead of the normal sore pinky colour.

My 2k list and army force will look like this:

Well now I've got my mobile phone back from repair I can take some pics!

I've dropped both the chaos land raiders and sold them on e-bay. They are obivously not as good as imperial ones, and are either a transport or anti tank. Something is always wasted whatever you use it for. So I replaced them with tooled up terminators and three obliterators:







I also ditched my chaos lord. The model looked cool, but wasn't that good game wise. Was just a beefed up chaos marine and didn't bring anything to the table for my army. Replaced with another daemon prince:





The Iron Warriors are now complete. I need to re-base them as the fine basalt I've used is coming off, so I need to buy some flock which I will be getting soon

Also working on a Brass Scorpion, just need to get some glue and will get on it

Sort of finished! Needs washing.





Got another one to build and paint and then I need to re-base them all and job is a good un. Oh, got a AOBR Dreadnought which I need to convert into a Chaos Dreadnought and hoping to get some more Chaos Terminators - these will be a slightly altered force for Planetstrike games.

Think these are about done now. AOBR Dreadnought has been coverted to a Chaos Dreadnought, quite simple really. Second Defiler Brass Scorpion conversion has been painted. I didn't manage to get any more terminators :( but I hope to do so in the future so I can make a Planetstrike list

The army is done for now, just needs rebasing though all models are painted at least

Got this bargain from e-bay, £14.50 inc p&p. You'll notice it doesn't have the normal dccw either...

That is one of the options that was included in the kit when it first came out. oh fix the right foot it is sideways.

For the champion go for the Warsmith mini

Thanks for the info about the weapon . Yeah I know, its done at a slight angle to look like about or has taken a step

I use two or three champions so not sure about getting three Warsmith models to replace them. Though do look cool and fit the part

Models aren't the objective, money is. Seems a bit of a waste to get more models when I have champions. I guess no harm looking on e-bay.

I only get things when I want them or when I have the money.

It also came with a hammer mine is being used by a deamon prince representing perturabo.

I wouldn't have minded the hammer as it looks the nuts, you've got to post pics of your Perturabo daemon prince.

I don't have him any more the chaos codex killed him so he went to a good home.
But imagine a wartracks tracks with the princes' body a full servo harness made with sentinel legs a plasma gun a flamer and a huge hammer.

Sounds chaos crazy! lol

My favorite part of IW forces is the sheer amount of hazards, and you don't disappoint. I also really like that AoBR dread conversion - canny use of the extra lord torso, and the "marine pilot" look is pretty solid.

Coming together nicely. As an Iron Warriors Warsmith from back to 3rd edition, I have a soft spot for the Sons of Perturabo.

Thanks Salvage. I like the hazard stripes as well, but they are a pain to do. I started cutting down on doing them as I progressed, but still have a few.

Glad you like the conversion, was really simple as well. Just file off the bits and then stick on a Terminator torso, a decent looking head and some random spare part to go on underneath.

lol thats the Stompas home on top of that speaker, I get so used to it being there I didn't even notice it in the shot.

Only thing I might get is a Stormlord, but that will be some time off yet.
