I hadn't sought to post anything until someone suggested it was all resolved. I and some friends had ordered just shy of $1200 of stuff in mid-December and got all but 2 things by early January. It took a bit, but it was understandable considering the holidays and them recovering from the Black Friday sale. At this point I'm still waiting on my Sabol Motorpool, which didn't fit with everything else in the large shipping box. The second item was accidentally left off the original inventory, but when the package arrived and I found it missing we sorted it out and Angelos was happy to ship it with the Motorpool when it came. There were further delays on the Motorpool when an employee accidentally sold mine at the GT Invitational.

I ordered a few blisters on clearance just before his accidents and all of this began. They crossed the country and were in my hands less than 48 hours later, albeit without the last blister from the original order. It didn't occur to me to ask to have it sent with them. This was sometime in January.

I emailed him and in his reply he told me on President's Day (2/16) he had the Motorpool in and I should call Weds (2/18). Over the phone he said it would ship that week. But more than two weeks later I have no tracking number, haven't heard from him since, and have been unable to get ahold of him via the phone number I have. I'm hoping for a response to the email I sent today. It's possible it's already en route and I just don't know it. But that's been my assumption twice before, and here I am 11 days away from the 3 month mark since the order was placed. I like the guy and don't think ill of him, but I'd like to have this resolved so neither of us have to continue to worry about it.

I got ahold of him. "just put it in a box with priority tape - going to the post office shortly!"

Does anyone have the address of the person or the store address? I still haven't received the items I bought from the Black Friday sale and I would like to get the credit card company involved if I cannot reach him.

I'll have a look around and see if I can still find it someplace. All I had was his email, though. Have you tried that?

That's nuts. Contact your CC company ASAP. Most likely, you're past the standard dispute resolution period, so if you have a problem, you have a real problem if you don't get something straightened out in a hurry...

If he hasn't shipped it by now, you aren't getting it. Just contact your CC company.

5 months is crazy. Call your CC company and possibly report it to the BBB.
