I dont have IA so I dont know if thats what Executioners are normally able to take. But still, it would probably cost extra and I dont think its as crazy as people make out.

Only in the heads of the GW design team would a Leman Russ with some Plasma weapons be worth nearly as much as a fething Land Raider...

A 14/13/10 russ with 5 plasma cannons and the ability to move and shoot all of them with track guards standard in a squadron is worth as much as a land raider. A high armor mobile weapons platform capable of killing an entire terminator squad on average rolls better be damn expensive. 5 devastators with 4 plasma canons is 190. Give them mobility, high damage resistance, and ANOTHER plasma cannon and now you're looking at what this thing should cost.

It has more firepower, 5(6?) plasma templates, than a raider, but no transport, less armor. Machine Spirit ~= Lumbering Behemoth. I would say ~210 is balanced for a kitted out executioner. I would hope a base LRBT with no sponsons would be less of course.
