Your green stuff work is amazing, and the little touches (like the noses of the mutants next to the drone) and the bitz from Beastmen/Marauders of Chaos was brilliant. In the second picture from the top, did you use Crypt Ghouls as a base for the conversion? It's really hard to tell beyond a head here or there.
EDIT: I'd get rid of the lightning rod, the drone works so well with a smooth top and the triling wires that I feel the little thing sticking out is un-necessary. Anyhow, those are my two teef, so do whatever you want
EDIT 2: That is the best Rhino I've ever seen...wow, just....just wow, the paintjob is brilliant and things like the skull on the front (on the area covering the treads) is a nice touch. You're a phenomenal painter, good job!
Thankyou very much that was great to hear such high praise

. The flying drone seems to be a popular build, everyone Ive shown seems to go nuts over him. but all seem to say chop the lightning rod. I had fun making the feral mutants and humans, and yes those are crypt ghouls. I got a box as a present because I wanted to make mutants out of them. Im glad to hear you like my rhino I was so proud of my self for thinking that I could add the skull to the tank as the actual squad marking. Thanks for all the comments!!
I figured some of my characters of old needed a little sprucing up. So the Librarian got a touch up. Since I actually think I'll be using this chaplain with my ground assault death company, he got repainted to match the old Codex cover.
Lots going on on my desk. The Rhino needs it's tracks added, and the intior finished. And a first for my self, the drop pod. But since I have Rhinos for everyone I thought it might be interesting to give it to the death company. Any advice on which i should give it the stormbolter or the launcher? Also I'm trying to decide on what else I should paint red since it seems unbalanced at the moment.
I was in love so much with the lion xenos that I decided maybe that I need to do a whole Pride.
I never realised the variation in lengths of heads the Beastmen had till I started trying to sculp on top of them hehehe. It will make for great genetic variance. I am quite pleased with their new noses. Now to do appropriate hair styles for combat cats.
Biggest problem I face thou at the moment is the lack of guard torsoes I have lieing around. I didnt want to go and have to buy more since I got into a car accident a couple days ago and will have to pay to repair my car out of pocket. SO when in doubt, Build your own.
They don't look perfect but they'll do I hope.
I have been thinking how on earth I was going to use them. Then it hit me, count ass witch hunters additions. I plan on turning the drone thing to a savant henchman and think I have decided I need to make two of them... maybe. So that means I will make the lions Pride a squad of Storm troopers. They will all have the plasma pistol gun representing hellguns, and I will convert two special weapons carriers. They I've decided need to be the male Lions of the pack. (thats right the animal kindom is sexist)
You may have noticed the test one has paint on it. I'll post pics of just him and his armour's camo pattern later. I need opions on it. I like that I went with extreme contrast to his face by picking a darker urban camo pattern. Also seemed an interesting combo with a savana animal. Think Planet of the Apes but make Caesar a lion in Zigfried and Roys possession. They grew up in the most urban setting one can get practically.
