Ya know, the mystery box could be a special edition 40k starter box. It has about 30+ minis in it.

Tyranid Attack for the win!
Besides, who needs Space Hulk? I get all my Space Corridors from Litko Aerosystem. And even if GW satisfies the burgeoning demand for Space Corridors, the people will still cry out for Industrial Towers.

Wasnt there a rumor when 5ed came out that they would be releasing some sort of new kill team rules as a separate expansion to make up for not including it in the main book? Maybe some sort of kill team/space hulk/skirmish mashup. I would love a current 40k skirmish game.

It's entirely possible it is a plastic Thunderhawk though I won't put any bets on it....
It's possible it's a DE battleforce with new DE stuff....again, not likely...
So who knows? I guess we will find out all in like 3 weeks.

Well, on good authority and having risked personal safety to obtain the information, I can report that GW will be releasing *DELETED BY THE INQUISITION* on *DELETED BY THE INQUISITION*. Its going to containn *DELETED BY THE INQUISITION* and retail for *DELETED BY THE INQUISTION*. I hope this information is useful to you.

See, Tyranid Attack was about 82,638 times cooler than Space Hulk. I couldn't care less about Space Hulk if GW paid me to. A Tyranid Attack re-release, on the other hand, I would get very excited about.
Scout squads on suicide missions, racing through the bowels of a Tyranid hive ship to destroy vital organs as stasis cocoons hatch around them>Terminators goofing around with Beanstealers, IMO.

Tyranid Attack was the first GW product I bought - loved that game. I even managed to pick up a second copy of it a while back in a huge auction that contained twice the standard Tyranid Attack minis, plus 1st Ed Space Hulk and both its expansions (plus all the minis for those as well). That was a good haul. And the Tyranid Attack board sections fit with the 1st & 2nd Ed Space Hulk sections, which is also very cool.

Hmm... So Jervis confirms things that are years away, denies things that are imminent. Makes it very hard to sort out which things he is lying about.
If he is proven wrong about the Space Hulk rumours, that certainly makes his answer to the new race question more dubious imo. Jervis is ancient in GW terms, so I would be interested to see what he defines as 'new'.
@THT. Nice to see a face I recognise over here already.

Ooh, there's an idea. I remember submitting a version of Warhammer Quest to GW years ago that used a modified version of the Blood Bowl rules to make the game more fluid and swashbuckling. Kinda doubt they'd use it, but it's a nice thought.

Warhammer Quest is another great forgotten GW game. In fact, that's what I'm doing this weekend - continuing the Warhammer Quest campaign we've had going for the past couple of months.

Actually it would indeed make perfect sense in light of what I told you in the PM
I wasn't familiar with that old game, but Warhammer Quest with cool new Monster and Hero miniatures would be very nice!
