We've got uranium in the donegal hills, but we've no processing plants. We'd have to rob the warheads off the british, and their army is much better than ours. Now that I think of it, we don't really have any planes to deliver the nuke either. We could get some fellas in a rowboat to drop it off, I suppose.

I would never do something like that. 
But seriously, 'closet-nationalism'? It's a fething world cup play-off between 2 NATIONAL teams. Of course there's nationalism - it doesn't make someone a 'lesser fan' to get caught up in it. If you think that, you know absolutely nothing about football. Passion is everything.

I'm not the biggest football fan in the world but, i do appreciate a good game. That said, for me it is not a good game if the clearly superior team loses to blatant cheating/awful refereeing. In-justice leaves a horrible taste in the mouth.....

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

Real soccer is much better than American football. If there is a replay then the IRA should reinstate Judge Roy Keane to destroy Henry. I'd love to see him snap a leg in half again. Soccer is extremely violent.
