I prefer the redeemer although I don't use it often. I deepstrike it every time

My vote is for the redeemer, mostly because it's the cheapest and I love the flamestorm cannon.

Gotta go with the Crusader on this one as it gives Terminators frags...or scouts become str 4 against vehicles.

Plus the BT found them and passed 'em out to the Imperium

What's funny is that a lot of people forget that the redeemer has all the same basic tricks as the crusader.
* MM weapon
* TL AC
* Frag assault launchers
The capacity of 12 models -- enough for a 5 man termie squad and 1 IC.

The key difference is in the side armaments. As has been mentioned, the Cruader can only fire defensive weapons at combat speed -- not cruising speed. This means that when you move 12" to deploy, your not firing the hurricane bolters anyway. In most cases you will fire either the MM or the TL AC.

In addition to being cheaper, the redeemer also has the ability to move 12" and fire its STR 6 AP3 flame template. This means that a squad of MEQ in cover can be roasted in 1 shot, or a squad of FNP dark eldar can be fried quickly.

While at first I did not understand the value of the redeemer, after using it for a while, I see no reason to go back to the cruasder.

It is nice to see that someone else has respect for the best LR in the game Blessed hull and terminators hopping out at S5 I5 4 attacks apiece refilling hits and wounds, them a few with TH&SS rerolling to hit and S9 last time I checked that kills other LR and troops than any of the others.

Redeemer. S6 Ap3 is just cheese. And seeing that most people like to transport Termies, you get close anyway. TL Assault cannon on top is just pure bonus. Put a Multi-melta on it then pack a squad of Assault Termies inside. It should be able to wreck havoc on anything its facing.
