It's interesting. I'm having this debate on Bugman's as well, with the anvil. Same story- anvil allows a "normal" move. Some are arguing that it means normal as in with no 1st turn restrictions. Only other army I can think of that might have this issue is a scouting vampire in a VC army...

Only responding as I am having my interesting TK piqued. I have read all of the relevant rules but have yet to play.

"Normal" to me, would seem to not include restrictions that apply only in specific cases.

Being able to assult (during a move) is normal.
Not being able to assault during one turn (not phase) seems to me to be an exception to that norm.
