I might just go with Blinding spear if I were you. Put two Elite slots as that than give you Leader similar set up, with one Elite slot saved as Fire Knife just in case? I mean itd be just in case you broadsides dont hit and you could deep strike them on the opposite side of the board and harass him with their immense range. You wont have to worry about getting in assault range if you keep attacking with the MP. Itd be playing it safe but it might provide a good enough distraction to pull some of his force away from moving to your main army with any luck.
