u need something to motivate the squigs, so have a gretchin on a pole dangling in front of the squigs

Some ideas for this project, don't know if they have been stated and apologize if they have.

First is the sleigh, landspeeder is alright but a wartrak or gorkamorka chassis would be more fitting. As for runners on the sleigh I would go with at least two large orky rockets like the forge world grot bombs. I highly recommend that there is some gretchin in the sleigh joyously playing with bombs and other splody thingies to give to all the good little marines, bugs, mechina and fish people.

As for your "reindeer" I would try and get my hands on as many old cyboar models that you can find and mod them up from there. As for the lead puller a rather large bomb squig would almost perfectly fit the mold of "Rudolph the red BOOM reindeer."

When it comes to modeling the Mek it would be up to you but if you want some really good ideas I recommend you find a copy of the comic "Lobo's Paramilitary Christmas Special" and let the essence of Kris "The Krusher" Kringle surge through you mind and unleash it on the model. Hope all of this helps a bit and that you can make it really work out.

I think a rule for rudolph, Roll a 1 he blows up 2-5 he will be fine 6 he becomes even more powerful +1 for everything. Just a idea.

Some ideas (I love it, btw)

1) Reindeer - Boars. Maybe cyboark them out a bit. Close to the animals, and still very ork. Also, they will be larger sized.

2) Cookies - Use tankbusta bombs with the handle cut away.

3) Sleigh - Use a Trukk without the engine. Add rokkits such as the jet engines from valks in place of the wheels. It'll give it a very orky and very sleigh look.

Look at Santa's Sleigh from Futurama for an idea of what I'm talking about.

4) I absolutely love the idea of a present shooting rokkit launcha.

5) Make some miniature mistletoe with a propeller on top. Have it be the "targeter" for the rokkit. That way you can use your tow missile on the mistletoe. (shamelessly stolen from Futurama, again).
