WS10 and -2 to be hit in CC. He can't be hit by anything less then 6+ and will hit most anything on a 3+ with 6, S5 attacks. If he does take a hit he is T6
/win
*EDIT*
Forgot to mention 5 wounds, thank folks.
*EDIT 2*
Sorry S5 attacks
No School, like the old school.
Vampire Lord, barded steed, dread lance, red fury, beguile, crown of the damned, and potion of foolishness.
5 S7 auto hits, with a forced Ld-3 test or re-rolls to wound.
Each wounding hit generates another S7 auto hit.
Could do 10 wounds, without rolling to hit.
T5 W3, 2+ armor and 4+ ward.

Wow that insane. I've had the Vampire book no more then 2 feet away while I'm at my desk and never bothered to look through it. It was for one of my wife's armies she never ended up developing.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

You could have a unit of 9 tacticals that are flipping off the enemy with both hands, they still have a bolt pistol and bolt gun. |

Somebody suggested a level 1 wizard, but I'd suggest that's an inferior way to go due to the wizard's inability to wear decent armor.
Armour is irrelevant in the context of two characters duking it out. That L1 has precisely 1 attack. Even if the opponent hits with his WS 3 and wounds you once, you can heal him back up on your turn with a Warrior Priest or Life Wizard. The Speculum doesn't negate a mount's attacks though, so that Bonebreaker or Dragon could easily splat a 2 wound model.
So, he's not the best duellist. Even with a decent weapon his ability to actually kill an opponent is situational. He's a nifty allrounder though, as he can still throw a couple of fireballs at Skinks, Shades and Gutter Runners.
