Rules-wise? Old One Eye. CC specialist with no invulnerable and strikes at the same time as powerfists. Costs as much as a Land Raider and can quite easily be put down by a single Missilefang squad's first shooting phase. Is a Carnifex, but can't do any of the things that make a Fex unit viable (Frag Spines + AG for wiping out MEQs in cover; attached Tyranid Prime for unit cover saves; Mycetic Spore drop with loads of dakka).

I would say the usual (Space Pope or the Despoiler) but Im gonna go with Inquistor Krpytman, he tried so hard yet he failed so bad, he made 'nids and orks stronger while weaking the Imperium.

Fluff wise, ill go with Horus, he had the might of Chaos Legions and Titans, ready to kill the Emperor and Terra, and he lowers his shields so he can see it in 1080p and not 720p? Which leaves him open to attack by his father and therefore ruins it all. Psssh

Game wise, I will go with Nork Deddog, the ogryn bodyguard who gets wounded by bolters on a 3+

Cypher the Fallen angel is garbage. I'm pretty sure he doesn't even carry a ccw.

He lowers his shields because the full force of the Space Wolves and Dark Angels was bearing down on Terra, so he had to seal his victory then and there. It was a calculated gamble, he just ended up rolling a 1.

QFT. If you're going to make an insanely tough unit, don't put him in a t3 squad. Plus he's almost 100 points for a scaled up bone 'ead.
