Stylistically the Space Berserkers are some of the best looking sculpts for marines. The Baroque elements of the Vampire Angels are pretty cool as well.
When considering color, I have a soft spot for the Imperial Fists.
In the fluff, it's really hard to beat the Thousand Sons imagery. At least in my minds eye.
I personally prefer the Ultramarines and a sea of blue. I'm an ordered, quiet person by nature not given to ostentatious displays.

SpaceWolves are also badass.
Those are two First Founding Legions that haven't had to change their colour too much cos they look so cool!!
