Every example I've found of piebald looked like cowprint!
The problem is the balance between realism of drab camo and it doing it's job too well. Too accurate and it breaks up the models [as it is supposed to] so dialing it back toward a brighter, more cartoon feel helps...

great conversions.. and i for one wouldnt have the heart to cut up those nice tanith models, but im glad you did cause it looks great

Yeah, he is described as small and unassuming, so the old school cadian works well. The original head was too cutesy, so given him a meaner face from the command box.
Only question is if I give him a beret, forage cap or bare headed....?

Progress is going along well, pretty much done all the conversions for 1,500pts. Now time to paint!

Hrrmm, not sure I disagree... perhaps switch them around. The Beret Cadian could be Rawne and the Shiv last chancer model could be Mkoll....
What does everyone think??
