I will stand up for the dreadknight, mine is a fine model and I really like it. Even the Storm Raven (flying brick) is much better in the flesh than in pictures.

I am astounded that nobody has yet mentioned the ridiculous and horrific Eldar wraithguard, they were rubbish when they first came out, now they are a total joke - update them now!

Granted BA have some of the better lines IMO like you said, Death Company, sang Guard, Sanguinar (think i spelled that terribly wrong)

However they also have some of the worst lol, the Flying Shoebox with HB, Tycho, Mephiston is horrendous, Dante is pretty blah himself. I feel like they could have done so much and instead shot themselves in the feet repeatedly for humor.

yup, tycho and mephiston are fricken terrible. dante is pretty bad but can look OK with a really good paint job.

yup, tycho and mephiston are fricken terrible. dante is pretty bad but can look OK with a really good paint job.

When I said that I hate BA, I meant the overall army theme and codex. Death company and sanguinary guard are awesome, but some bits they have just look stupid (those death masks and all the blood symbols). The codex fluff was IMHO very strange and didn't make me feel that they are an proud and heroic chapter. Instead they are portrayed as being very very sad army that have nothing better to do than act like vampires. But as said, this is my opinion and I have nothing against BA players. Their rules are just cheesy and fluff really strange. The end.

It's almost how every other word of the SW codex is wolf, but with BA it's a Blood drop every other CM of product
