Arnie is basically Straken, -1S for lack of cybernetics. So S5 seems good to me.

Have you SEEN Arnold in his prime? He counts as Str D and when he wears a powerfist (See: his own fist) he counts as inflicting vortex wounds in Melee.

EU predators are generally much faster, stronger, and even larger than movie predators
Smiley is an "above average" EU predator
