Codex Daemons, damn where to start on this one?!
- REMOVE THE STUPID ROLLING FOR PREFERED WAVE!!!
- Acutal fething psychic powers and psychic defense! (because the guys are litterly the warp made manifest can't tap into that power in game. seriously, wtfGW?!)
- Shift Heralds into a unit ala 'Royal Court' of the newcrons, but with fewer upgrade options - basically make them into the daemonic equivalents of sergeants. Also give a limited number of Heralds the option to carry a 'chaos gate' upgrade that functions like a webway portal.
- Add in the Exalted Daemon as new HQ option - basically an IC on the level of a Chaos Lord to replace the current heralds.
- Add carapace armour to Bloodletters.
- Fix the pts costs of all our units. 13.5 skavenslaves per horror for example is silly considering it's role and crappy WS/I. Daemon Princes are grossly overcosted as well.
- Drop the cost of icons in units. 12.5 skavenslaves is highway robbery considering they can be neutered by other armies. (even if only 1 army is mean about it - we still pay a huge premium compared to every other similar item in the game!)
- Bring back the Plagueriders, Changebringers & Pleasureseekers.
- More Daemon Engines!!! If spiky marines get more daemons engine than the actual Daemon ARMY, I'll eat my soulgrinder...
- A rule to screw over GK's and completely invalidate their entire codex, but then be FAQ'd out of our book 1 month later. Just so we can pay back in kind all those d-bags who've been lording it over us and warp quaking the entire table 1st turn to auto-win.

You need to read your codex, this is an option . And a lot of you should read the IA books, they have most of that gak in them
I think he meant the standard wargear.
Edit: Also Doctrines for IG so that you can have Vendettas as dedicated transports at regular game (I know about the Elysians). A Cryptek which can alter int, and Megalith for the Necrons.

Can I please have my Lord Commissars have At LEAST initiative 4? There is no point in having a close combat specialist that goes after most close combat units...

Lord Solar Marharius.
Non-IC priests.
Non-IC pyskers.
4 point guardsmen (get rid of conscripts).
Chainswords for sargents.
Lasguns for sargents.
Cheaper Stormtroopers, better weapons.
Ever thought 40k would be a lot better with bears?
Codex: Bears.

It has been done before. There is plenty of reason in the fluff for it. It would be quite nice for those of us who have, or have interest in making such an army, as it would make them legal again. And I said supplement, not full codex.

Have you tried painting that many Gaunts? Seriously, it's tiresome.
That kind of thing is better represented with a rule like the old 4th edition Without Number. If the unit is reduced below 25%, it can be brought back on next turn ad full strength. Along with things like Trygon Tunnels, this would work quite well.
But having Gaunts be so cheap you needed ~100 of them alongside your other hammer units? Hell no.

welcome to Codex Orks, an assault army with I2 global!
And that is why you hear people yelling FOR THE EMPEROR rather than FOR LOGICAL AND QUANTIFIABLE BASED DECISIONS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE MAJORITY!

It's been said before, many times, but I'll say it again:
Chaos cultists in CSM armies! With 99% of all rebellions in the IoM caused by Chaos cults, they should get some bloody representation on the tabletop! They don't even need to make new models for them; you can just use Necromunda and IG figs.
Oh, and I'd like Chapter Traits put back in the SM codex... I don't like this trend of taking special characters to unlock certain army builds that the SM and IG are showing these days...
Emperor's Eagles (undergoing Chapter reorganization)
Caledonian 95th (undergoing regimental reorganization)
Thousands Sons (undergoing Warband re--- wait, are any of my 40K armies playable?)

This.
I really miss AP1. It's not the S or meltapen on meltaguns that really kills tanks, it's the bloody AP1.
Agreed. Though I think Lances in general should get AP1, but only on armor below 13. If the Lance rule is irrelevant because of low armor, you get +1 on the damage roll. Seems like an easy fix.

I think the flying dreads with Grappling hook magnet cannons should have been an ork thing, rather than a Blood Angel one.
Some day i might try running orky blood angels (BA codex, orky stuff)
Bring back Madboyz and Painbosses (grotsnik doesn't count.. ) to the Orks also, and maybe something that can actually crack AV 14 at range reliably

Orks are still my main army though, by about 15,000 pts
I just like the idea of building orky versions of the stormraven and baal pred, and having wierdboy piloted deffdredds... I might do a small modelling project on that theme just for kicks when i have room on my WIP shelf
