Zero Hammer: CC Weapon. counts as a thunder hammer. Every model has one. Fluff: The Tau have an ability to draw a great big hammer out of thin air and bash those who offend them atop the head. It inexplicably disappears when not in use.
Make the battlesuits look like gundams
Make all the new Tau look like chibis
Give everyone spiky hair
Use the Man-O-War from Chapterhouse studios as an official unit.

Actually, 2/3 x 2/3 equals 4/9 chance of missing, so Drones actually have a 55% hit chance according to MathHammer, better than Fire Warriors, too bad they can't take Pulse Rifles....

Remove the shooting phase and replace it with the running phase. Tau may move D3 and everyone else rolls 2D6 and pick highest. Fleet gives 3D6 and combined 2 highest. Everyone relentless and can assault after running.

hi guyz my first post so go easy played tau when 1st come out put the game down picked it up 3 months ago and found out what they have done to tau so sorry if i rant but we need some GW loving so here we go sorry
make honour gaurd a good hold the line unit. give them feel no pain (at cost ) preferd enemy (at cost) keep the all tau on field as long as he is alive use his leader ship keep all other tau leadership the same. give a reason for taking ethreals.
all firewarrior: i saw the volly fire thing on charging units on early posts sounds very cool. maybe disruption pod field on them (at cost) 4+ cover save would make them able to take up good positions with not having to worry about cover but if they move its down for that turn give it time to be set up. A havy weapon choice for over a 10 man grp (give us a reason for taking more) BS 4
i dont mind sucking at CC i like that adds to the hi tech race stuff but put more on the shooting of the race.
all expermental weapons in last codex are now open to all tau
Kroot are cheaper and grps much bigger swarm effect to slow enemy up.
all markerlights assualt and maybe buy really counters to deploy to make any unit within 12" networked
piranah: cheaper pls or more weapon hard points and or net work marklight wich is assualt class
Vespid: nether really used them because of there miss match great weapon short rang will be assualted next turn need 12" on the weapon make them cover hoping marine kills. would also slow up advace with having to deal with them
stealth suits need somthing but i dont know what would help them tho. hard having a shooting army with somthing that sux at CC so close to the enemy. maybe tank hunting rule with add of missle pod any ideas?
thank you for reading my rant sorry what would you guys do diffrent or new?

grant every unit in every army preffered enemy: tau empire. or just update the tyranids. or make the wounds of tau halved, beacuase they never had any anyway. either way they are screwedd.

T:2 everyone. Except Ethereals. They get T:1. Tau Phase out if the Ethereal (which is now mandatory, btw) is killed. He cannot join units and costs 150 points. He makes every Tau unit except Vespid subject to Rage, vehicles must attempt tankshock/ ram, in lieu of shooting. Kroot are included because they already have rage anyway. Kroot must also "feed" after any combat they win. They cannot sweeping advance by any means. EDIT: MUAHAHHAHAHHA!
