I'd point out that the sheer number of void shields and structure points on an Imperator titan prevents infantry, beast, and MC statlines from ever being as tough as one is, but I don't think I'll have anymore luck now getting a point across than I did several years and another forum ago.

I'm actually going to take a shoot at this. I've heard that their are pskyers can actually snap a titan in half, so you might be able to use that.
Also a living saint or a powerful daemon prince could be strong enough to take on a baneblade (but not a titan).

If you truly wanted to make a single infantry character that had the capability to take out a titan in a single hit you'd have to give them a few (many) drawbacks...
They'd have to have little in the way of defenses.
Random chance to destroy their target.
They can't join other units.
They cost a fair amount (At the very minimum 300 points)
Apocalypse only.

As I said before, you're not likely to get this point past Masonicon's language barrier. I don't think anybody has ever convinced him of anything in years, whether it's through sheer stubborness or a simple inability to understand what people are saying is unknown but I'm going to bet on a bit of both.
