Aye sadly, there are few short cuts with this idea. Its a great one, don't get me wrong, but most of the current range isn't going to cut it for this plan. Plastic Sisters will probably be your best bet, even if you just mix torsos and legs/arms with the Chaos warriors. Hell they might look good enough with icon removal/modification and fantasy chaos weapons swaps that conversion needed is minimal. I know its very likely when Plastic Sisters finally arrive, I'll be revisting my Chaos Marines, with courpted and enhanced Women ala Mr Bile. On saying that mind, with work, I think the greenstuff idea would be a possible answer in the short term, but it would take time to get right.

You wanted this to be GW only, yeah? Because if not, there are some female barbarians and armoured "anti-paladins" you can get from Reaper and some armoured females from Privateer that might work.
Dark Eldar might also be a good starting point, as they have some armoured female bodies and you could easily de-sci fi them and paint them up as chaos armour.

In fact, falling on your face in boob armor can kill you, if the armor breaks violently enough the jagged pieces could be driven through your sternum.
tl;dr, use Warriors of Chaos bodies and put girl heads on them.

I tried something simmilar for guardsmen, in the end altho the torso armor can be assumed to hide certain "features" the model will look wrong without some skinnier hands and legs, then again given some of the pictures posted earlier that problem may not translate to WoC, altho then you run into the problem of having an army that seems to be made up of long haired pretty boys. Would fit Slaanesh i guess.

in your argument over male and female just think of 40k dark eldar
which are the better fighters wychs or warriors
in normal eldar
banshees are the best fighters and their all female why not fantasy females
also why dont you have a female army lead by valkia

Actually there should be Male Banshees, as well as at least one if not two female figs for all the other Aspects, but for whatever reason GW has never done them. Shame really, a female Dark Reaper would be awesome. But otherwise I agree with your point.

Nowhere in the fluff does it say that banshees (or any other aspect) is gender exclusive, neither does it say that for whyches heck there where male whych models in the past.

It is just a game, I say do it.
Also, the Wyches have male wyches who participate in combat with the females. They just rarely rise through the ranks.

The female Marauder in this group was converted using a Daemonette, notably the legs being recarved from the reverse-jointed back to "normal". These were modelled by Julian Bayliss.

Their bolters are molded into the actual model. You can't just clip them off.
This is very true of the ordinary Sisters of Battle with boltguns, and the ones with special weapons as well. They'll require some sort of rotary tool, a skilled hand, and lots of resculpting to remove the boltguns and get it looking shiny again.
Some of the Superiors and the Canoness model, on the other paw, have their arms and weapons out to the sides, which would make it much easier. However, they are also roughly twice as expensive as the ones with bolters, at about 14-17 Canadian dollars for a pack of one, as opposed to the standard Sisters of Battle blister with boltguns for 21 Canadian dollars for a pack of 3.
Edit: For some reason, I had no idea that this thread had a second or even third page where this had already been addressed. Nevermind. And reading further, I see that Reaper's fantasy line has also been mentioned. Now I feel grumpiful.
