This brings the gang upt to 12 models strong and together with the experience gained and new toys, my gang rating is now 1423.

Migs these are looking great. I'll have to post my cawdor gang that I have been working on. Your post inspired me to make a gang, and lukily there is a fresh campaign for me to get them into. Great work!

It is. I have a 40k tournament coming up next weekend and that has eaten quite a bit of my hobby time, but Gauer will be back

I actually managed to schedule a game for today. Gauer is going against the Campaign top dogs, or rather cats, a 2000+ Escher Gang, with 5 games played. (I only have 2 at the moment). Lets see If Gauer gets to swing his new power sword.

The Escher bottled, we prevailed, but my left leg was left a ruin. Sebastian lost an eye. We have regrouped back to our new hideout. We got a prisoner. She was free of taint and had no information regarding the cults of the child. I sold him back to Escher. They could make a worthy ally and they are angels compared to the scum we are after, the insane cults we?ve met before.

I issued battlefield promotions to Loot and Dopey, now permanent members of my staff. If Dopey gets out of Necromunda alive, I?m considering him for Interrogator training. He may have catching up to do on academic side of things, but otherwise he?s a natural.

Gauer managed to beat the campaign leader, who had a massive 600pts gang rating advantage!! I got TONS of experience and advantages. I have another game scheduled for Thursday. Against the cool SWAT! I'll take pics. After that I plan to do some more converting to fully take advantage of the new skills etc. So pics ahead.

Jameson needs a special weapon, a plasma gun I'm thinking, and there's a chainsword in the stash for Stalker.

Just so you know, Heavies can't have 'Fixer'. Re-roll that Techno Skill and pray for Weapon Smith. You've also got a guy with Marksmen, yet he doesn't have a Rifle. Buy your Flamer Heavy a Flail and send him in close. His WS4 makes him decent, and the Flail means no one can parry against him and he'll be S4.

I would suggest a flamer for Jameson over a plasma gun. Sure the plasma gun looks cool, but you just have got to love the flamy death that comes with the flamer option. Catch a few to many gangers taking cover togeather and toast them all. The ones that don't die just run around screaming in flames. I've always loved the image of guys burning out the heretics in the underhive. Once saw a gang with two heavys & 2 specialists all with flamers. I hated that guy so so bad!

Does the vox-cast mean that you're redoing Gauer with a new leg?

That's half the fun of Necromunda... modeling new stuff as the gang progresses.

This is definatly my favourite thread on Dakkadakka at the moment, certainly the only one I am following regularly. Probably because Necromunda is my favourite game, and Im seriously lacking opponents.
Pity real life seems to be interfaring with more regular posts.

Gauer kicked Necromunda SWAT in the ass. The pics are DARK, so is the place were the games are played. These SWAT guys belong to Sick Bunny. (more pics at my PBASe, under Gauer in action).

The SWAT gang was so cool it inspired me to do this a while back. If I ever play another campaign, I want a serious ninja/specops gang too. I had deemed it unfitting imagenery for Necromunda, but then, here it'd fit perfectly.

Excellent work.  Yours is the type of painting and converting that inspire others to greater things.  Usually we all fail because we haven't got anything like your talent but hey- the inspiration is what counts.
