Wow. An app to support a miniature game that doesn't really help with building an army list so you can play. Sort of reminds one of that other company.

This app is not bad, you can build the lists, but that rather nullifies the point of having a deck.

And it has crashed several times when I try to go to the app store to purchase. The version I downloaded was the Handheld, and not the tablet one. I wonder if the tablet one might work better on a android smartphone.

I think also I saw someone writing "I need to buy the cards, again?" or something similar. I'm going to buy the model, I'll get the card anyway. In my opinion, the cards are one of the charms with the game.

If you're on android, it's probably USD. When I clicked purchase, it brought me to the google play market where it showed the original price and then a bracketed conversion into my local currency.

And 5 mins? Wth, it shouldn't take that long. i've got war room working on a tablet (the asus tf100) and it takes maybe 5s to load. Maybe 8. It's probably a bug with the handheld version, cause I can't get that to work properly either on my padfone.

btw: Until problems are fixed you won't be able to use War Room
without back-up cards anyway.

Not really a big deal since they're easy to transport and the models come with 'em.

My iPhone version is pretty bug free.

Aside from giving Casters UAs.

I bought the full version today and it worked fine.
I'll be giving it an in game trial next Friday for my next warmahordes games.

guys I was playinmg against last night said an update wwent through yesterday with big improvements.

Replying to this a bit late, but for clarity's sake. All Mercenaries (or minions), that are both Mercenary and Minion are available in a single purchase of either deck. So if you purchase the Merc deck, you should have Saxon, or if you purchase the minion deck you should have things like Cylena and her Nyss Hunters. There was some discrepancy at launch of some things being left out of those purchases but I believe those were fixed soon after.

That is indeed true.

It's fantastic on an ipad. I don't know how I'd like it on a phone.

I've used the regular handheld version on my Evo and it's a battery killer. I haven't gotten the patch that was released yesterday to compare against. The interface wasn't that bad to be honest. They increased the button size back up on the phone when they went to the tablet/handheld versions of the app.

Had it. Deleted it. Just plain bad in my eyes. Constant crashing, shutting down among other bits. Bit of a missed oppertunity I think. Shame as I wanted this to be good it just isn`t

I have, it takes 2-3 minutes to even load, and still crashes half the time. This is with the patch on an iPhone 4S. Another thing I noticed is that it's not allowing theme list bonuses to be used, such as adding an extra stormcaller to the new Darius theme list (which is on the app).

Part of me is wondering if they will allow iBodger to be re-released since this app has so much negativity surrounding it.

I downloaded it today and the only times it crashed was when I was being indecisive about what I was doing with the device. I like it, and despite it being on an Android tablet, works perfectly. The one thing I don't like, and it's truly a matter of taste, is the small menu size. One must have a fine touch to accurately do anything in the app. It good be my odd sized tablet. Oh and the slightest touch brings up a rule clarification. Tread lightly my friends.

Just wondering, you said the app is bad for your eyes, are you sure you're not using the tablet version? apparently there are two versions, a tablet one and a phone one.

War Room will allow you to add in an extra stormcaller, it just flags it up as going over the FA. That's the planned design of War Room and one of the most contentious points of the app. It doesn't check that lists are valid, just that the FA/point limit isn't breached.

Yes software does get patches etc but warroom still sucks and still wont work. The issues aren`t just the odd one or two when it constantly crashes, freezes, wont allow you to log in, wont upload your cards etc. Overall warroom is just bad.

I have numerous times redownloaded it and it still has the same problems. Like I said it is just plain bad. Yeah they may pull their finger out and actually fix it but until then its not looking good

The theme list thing, I thought they said that theme lists weren't going to be supported and always stated that war room is not an army builder. I know my buddy mentioned that other bonuses, such as reduced cost, aren't being factored into making tiered lists. *shrug* Honestly, I just wanted it for the digital cards and damage tracking. I was tired of marks wiping off all the time.

The most current version for iOS (version 1.0.7) is very stable and has generally fixed the army creation issues. You can even attach jacks to UA marshals. Finally.
