Mines is quite simple.

1) Paint a squad of terminators.
2) Use beastmen parts to make a Dark Apostle.
3) Paint my Death Korps of Krieg squads.

Well I was doing really good. Was working on a marine, working on some fine details... and it slipped out of my hand and face planted right into the paint on my wet pallete... So when I get home tomorrow it will have to take a bath in some simple green and I have to start over.

It has ruined my desire to paint tonight... so I won't finish my goal of getting 3 marines done. Maybe next month everything will go better.

Sorry to hear that sparky. If I were you though I would try to start painting again as soon as possible.

I'm still working to finish my three vendettas and every brush stroke counts. My frustrations are lousy brushes (time to buy new ones) and the slight difference in shade between my basecoats and GW's Castellan Green.

The secret to painting a really big army is to keep at it. You can't reach your destination if you never take any steps.

I build IG...lots and lots of IG.

I probably will bust out the brushes later tonight and work on some guys. Have plenty of projects to finish.

Good luck on the Vendettas. Only thing left on mine are some details and weathering, and the weapons. Hopefully will have those done soon!

    2. done. will post pics later

no stretch goals completed as listed, but I did pick up an ADL and have it about 85% complete (still need to wash and weather).

For once, could I actually finish everything I meant to? Just the shoota boyz to go!

It must be this thread. Motivation. Yup...

So close, but I didn't make it in the end... still got to finish the boyz. Oh well, I'm not too far off!
