Viper singular (but as a minion you can take more than one just not in squads) her rules are on page 169 of the rulebook. Master Wu is on page 95. No photos of the models yet but here's the artwork

That's just the art. More often than not the model will not match. Whether that's good or bad is up in the air.
And Orlando's right about space toilets. In all my years reading, watching television & movies, and anime - especially when any of them are set in space - toilets do not feature prominently.

I will say, for all of the sculpt problems this system has, it's just fun to paint things in bright colours and different poses! I just wish they weren't so very, very, very expensive in the UK, for something that is frankly not of premium quality. I feel no need to go beyond my Kickstarter Pledge, unless Wayland actually honors that £15 Dahon I pre-ordered several months ago...

Ninja All-Stars continues in Ninja Division Publishing’s tradition of world class miniatures and great family games.
Ninja All-Stars is a feature rich miniatures based board game exploring the mystical ninja island of Kagejima. I have to say - I just really love Soda Pop's Chibi sculpts. I don't think I'm going to be able to resist Ninja All Stars. Especially, if as I imagine, they'll have some sort of SDE crossover during the KS.
I really don't need yet ANOTHER game I don't have time to paint though, so I hope they keep duplicates and whatnot to a minimum and keep the KS rather limited.

and although I don't think it will fail like Bunnies & Burrows did I don't see this going nearly as big as I thought it would with the completion (& with Forgotten King not yet at least shipping)
If it were another co-op board game it has enough family appeal in the character and art that i would get this is a heartbeat. However, seeing how its competitive and has no players vs everything mode as far as i can tell i'm much more hesitant. I already have a ton of other competitive games.
BTW for anyone interested i've seen the production pieces for Forgotten King and they look amazing for boardgame pieces. Really excited to play this one with my kids.

The key points for me are going to be what else is going to be included.
That Beasts of War interview certainly got me more interested.
Recuitable heroes and monsters?
Persistent characters and upgrades available over long term play?
Then I saw Momotaro and knew that my kids will be seriously tempted. Hell, they drag enough Japanese folklore/ literature characters into the game, I might even be able to get my wife to play.
(I almost want a Japanese edition so I can deem it "educational" and force everyone to play with me)
The clincher for me is if they give any of these characters Super Dungeon stats. All bets are off at that point.
I'm also wondering what price point they want to bring this game in at. The usual 100 bucks for a mini heavy game?
Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!
I will be super annoyed if Sodapop is hands-out begging before delivering my TFK product.
Especially since Sodapop who claims to be the 'definitive' chibi sculptor company out there and calls others 'pretenders' actually has a pretty awful track record of actually released products in regards to consistency in their Chibi line. While it is clearly getting better... Core box, Roxor and Von Drakk have serious scale and style consistency issues which shows a lack of product maturity. I do feel TFK will prove that product maturity... but if they are asking for more KS money before delivering TFK, that rubs me the wrong way and doesn't allow potential backers the ability to see the culminations of their previous KS either first-hand or by impartial reviews.
A lot of this does sound like Arcadia Quest clone... Just like in 2013/2014 the 'big thing' was CO-OP Dungeoncrawls with AI mechanics, the new thing is Team PVP combat now. Considering the rules flops from MYTH and we have still yet to see if SDE 2.0 will actually be good and coherent and playable in both regular mode and arcade mode, I am not sure I am ready to accept that these guys actually know how to write rules.
The only good thing they got going for them is good 3D sculpts and a nice theme. So even with TFK mini scale/quality and Rules being a questionmark with lack of TFK fullfillment, this at least has interesting designs.
I feel like this would have a much stronger launch of they had a ton of TFK backers singing praises with product in-hand before launching. Rushing to get more money at KS before launch leaves room for getting cash before a bunch of issues and unhappy backers for TFK get a chance to make informed decisions. (not saying there will be quality issues with the minis or rules, but it is pretty easy to eliminate that as a possibility by waiting)
I'm also wondering what price point they want to bring this game in at. The usual 100 bucks for a mini heavy game?
We also need to temper that 100$ pledge because almost every 100$ pledge release ends up being close to 60$ at retail... and even lower if the gameplay is bad. AQ which is getting pretty universally good reviews can be gotten for 65$, so that 100$ pledge is already front loaded for the 'free' stretches which come later.

I think those are pretty much all but guaranteed to be included. It's so little effort on Soda Pop's part to make a few SDE crossover stat cards to suck in a whole new crowd of people to this Kickstarter. And as you say ~$100 is pretty much "standard" buy-in for these things anymore.
With 6 clans, I really hope they keep things to a minimum (i.e. I don't want 8 of the basic melee ninja and 8 of the basic melee ranged ninja per clan added as stretch goals). A handul of ninjas plus some grunts for each is fine by me. I'm assuming they'll keep their (great) "no exclusives" approach too. So you don't have to worry about buying everything during the Kickstarter.

Regarding the gameplay of TB- the original version is pretty unfun. Once someone gets ahead, they usually stay ahead. I probably wouldn't recommend it.
Hopefully the revised edition is much better about that.
An had a banner ad for a drink called Tentacle Grape while denouncing Tentacle Bento. So I'm gonna go out on a limb and say their "activism" is purely for profit, not principle.
I can suggest Evil Baby Orphanage if people are looking for something in a similar format but with decent gameplay.
