Subject: Best 1v1 HQ under 200 points?

Lilith Hekatrix is also a good contender.
No amour saves allowed, 3++, WS10 with Warlord Trait, I9 and re-roll to hit and wound in challenges.
S3 is an issue, against T7 you'll auto lose unless you get PfP turn 4 Furious Charge, then 'Our weapons are useless' to get next turns furious charge before you become Fearless. Even then that's a little shaky.
Love for DE? Haha...probs not.

I suspect the bigger problem for her is T3. Even a single wound through her 3++ from most of the HQs here will kill her.

You mean Lelith Hesperax? She doesn't stand a chance. A proper Smasher build isn't really dependent on the armour save or striking first to survive.
