Works for me Mike - you can convert it and do whatever you like to it.

Thanks BC, you're a star. Anything above 20mm thick here gets considered "package", which has a minimum starting price of $20 or so to ship internationally.

The guy at the post office said I could just give them to him if I didn't want them.

Aye, just a thought, plus they can also go back and forth inside the UK for 74p in those little boxes or a jiffy.

How are these going to be based? Is that going to be the one constant, unifying thing throughout the horde?

Don't base them - I will base them myself so they are all the same. Given that some people will glue them into the bases, and some won't, I will work out how best to base them when they show up. Might even put it to a poll

I would be keen to take part in this if there are any boyz left.

Was just lurking on the forums and stumbled across this thread and thought that it's a pretty cool idea.

KB, I can do Europe posting probably cheaper than you from here as well, if you wish. £2.40 roughly.

I'd advise Europeans just send straight back to you as it wouldn't be much different.

Yeah, it got shunted by a week - I have them all with me now at work, and will ship them out by Wednesday.

Buttery Commissar has been good enough to offer to redistribute to you eurobros, so I will send it all there.

Jaunine and the aus/nz folks I will ship direct.

I still haven't got a solution for Canadians/Americans as yet - if anyone wants to redistribute for me, I'll give you a virtual high five (pimp slap my monitor).

How many North Americans are on the list, kb? Don't want to get your hopes up too high, but I may be able to help with US distribution. Scheduling is a bit wonky and the post office is less than close (my town has 5 zip codes), so I couldn't guarantee super-rapid deployment, but this project is too cool to allow a whole continent to be left out due to lack of initiative.

PM me details and I'll let you know what I can do. If small (and safe) enough packaging can be sourced to fit through a mail slot, I could ship them from a local drop box instead of driving out to the PO, which would save time. I have my own stash of AoBR boys, so you might even get back more than you send.

oadie,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=0IA3ZvCkRkQ#t=51
I'm not embedding it because the forum embeds like a piece of rubbish.

OK, I now have distribution sorted, a collection of grey plastic in my hot little hands, and a song in my heart.

I will PM everyone involved so far and let them know what's up - the people doing local distribution are oadie and Buttery Commissar, both of whom I would consider members in very good standing here in P&M - if you trust some random Aussie with your address, you should trust these good folk as well.

If you aren't in Europe or North America, I will be shipping to you personally - you lucky devils. I think that is like 4 people.

~PACKAGES ARE GOING TO TAKE TIME~ BC and oadie are busy, Australia Post is utterly horrible at everything, this is being organised by me - all are amazingly good reasons why it will probably take a month or more for you to get a tiny piece of plastic.

If you're donating your plastic orks, there is no hurry for you to finish - I will send you the addresses to send them to, but they will not be coming back to the land down under until at least 2 or 3 months from now.

Automatically Appended Next Post:

Dakkalance, PM me your details.

There are still about 8 or so ork boys - if you want to get involved, pm me asap so I can send your details to the relevant distribution partner - you can post here, but if you aren't giving me your details, that isn't really going to help.
