Grimnar costs way too much in my opinion. Wolf Lord + Thunderwolf + any X2S weapon = S10 Glory. Add a Storm Shield if you like.

Mephiston is a pretty good MC killer, so long as the MC in question doesn't have a 2+ save or an initiative higher than him. Even then, Biomancy powers can let him even the odds.
Either of his native powers, Sanguine Sword or Force, will allow him to instant death a prince.
The prince has the higher initiative, but no grenades. If it's dumb enough to charge through terrain, or if it gets enfeebled, or if mephy gets warp speeded, then it's going to have a bad day.

On the other hand, if it strikes first then the prince certainly deals out enough damage to get the job done.

For 1v1 character smashing Lysander beats a Smashfether for his built in FNP, unless you put the CM on a bike. Calgar also has a strong chance between multiple combat doctrines and 5 Str 8 attacks
