This thread made me think that we might have bit of odd system in our games. Mind you I can't say this for sure since this isn't officially thought. But generally we a) don't reroll all that much(takes time) so cocked dice needs to be really cocked to be rolled again b) however the more critical the roll the more likely we are to reroll it c) HOWEVER this seems to come into play mostly when original roll is failure. d) seems odds of us rerolling it seems to increase on the improbability of the roll.
Dunno why so. Maybe we want more excitement that oddball dice again.
Yeah at my local gaming store we also determine if a die is cocked by putting another one on top of it. If it slides off then it is cocked, if not then it is good.
